Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Assistant Manager (Project/Electrical & Control Systems) to manage and support projects involving electrical systems and control solutions. The role focuses on overseeing the implementation of systems, ensuring efficiency, and driving improvements in electrical and control processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to electrical and control systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Electrical and Control Systems
- Manage the design, implementation, and optimisation of electrical and control systems.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems like PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
- Process Optimisation
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability in electrical and control systems.
- Develop and document best practices.
- Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor team members in project execution and system management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, control systems, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering control system projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with control systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, or HMI technologies.
- Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimisation related to control systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,168.25 - $4,412.14 per month
