Job Description:
- Assist in preparing /cutting food ingredients (before and during operations)
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area
- Provide customer service
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Japanese cuisine cooking.
- Proficient in basic kitchen skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about culinary arts with a team-oriented attitude.
Compensation:
- Working Location: Great World, Central
- Working days: 5 - 6 days per week
- Working hours: 9am - 9:30pm (open to discuss)
- Operation time: 11am - 9:30pm
- Benefits: Performance Bonus, meal allowance, annual leave, OT pay, career progression.
