JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases for easy access and accuracy
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies inventory and procurement
  • Handle travel arrangements, reimbursements, and basic financial records
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Support event planning, team activities, and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all tasks
  • Participate in training sessions to develop professional skills and expand your role

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and tasks
