Job Description

The Position:

We are seeking a private wealth Marketing Manager to join the growing Marketing & Communications Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions team. This person will be responsible for marketing and brand building among financial institutions in Southeast Asia and Australia. This role will be based in Singapore working closely with the Singapore and Australian business development team and with marketing colleagues in Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage targeted marketing programs following a multi-channel approach (sales engagement, events, conference calls, email, digital advertising, social and PR)

  • Partner with the sales and business development team to understand their needs and effectively communicate marketing initiatives, timing and results

  • Collaborate with the entire global marketing team to create and tailor marketing content

  • Design and orchestrate in-person and virtual events from ideation to execution to amplification

  • Build loyalty through targeted thought leadership and digital engagement

  • Create timely content, including articles and presentation slides, in anticipation of or in response to major market events

  • Contribute to thought leadership requests ensuring content meets the needs of target audiences

  • Lead product launch and ongoing nurture marketing campaigns; navigating the investment resources across the Firm

  • Set specific and measurable marketing goals and report on relevant performance metrics, and ability to integrate data-driven learnings into actionable insights for sales colleagues

  • Assist in managing and enhancing digital properties targeted to clients and prospects in Southeast Asia and Australia

  • Identify local marketing resources to effectively manage marketing deliverables

  • Manage and optimize relationships with local agencies and vendors. Including, but not limited to, media and design agencies, and event planning.

About you

  • 10+ years of relevant experience within the Asset Management/ Financial industries or demonstrated comparable experience

  • Industry understanding including investment products, client segments and the competitor landscape.

  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asia marketplace, in particular deep understanding of the intermediary market and wealth management channels preferred

  • Experience with investments and knowledge of alternatives strategies in public and private markets is beneficial

  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, with experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy

  • Strategic thinker with an ability execute in a creative and timely manner

  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative orientation

  • Working knowledge and affinity for a variety of marketing technology

  • Excitement for working in an entrepreneurial environment, sharing and establishing best practices
