Duties

Performing admin duties (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO).
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning etc.
Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, inspection approval.
Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties.
Handling shipping administrative duties.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am to 1pm (Alternate Sat).
Work location: 911 Bukit Timah Road



Job Requirements

Minimum O-level or equivalent
At least 2 or more years of relevant working experience in Management of Motor Insurance and Hire Purchase Financing
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and with a good working attitude.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
