We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our client in the Government industry.

Contract Period: 2 Months (Extendable)

Job Responsibilities:

Focuses on handling customer inquiries primarily via phone, providing efficient and direct solutions in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
Representatives manage calls while utilizing customer management software (CRM), updating systems, and referencing knowledge bases to resolve issues effectively.
assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet customer needs and operate smoothly.

Job Requirements:

Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
Prior experience in a customer service position/call centre will be an added advantage.
