Working Day: 5.5 Days/ Week
MON – FRI, 8:30am to 5:30pm; SAT, 8:30am to 12:30pm
[12-months Contract | Convertible]
Job Scopes & Responsibilities:
️ Manage and check daily customer orders via email or EDI.
️ Create orders, generate pick slips from WMS, or process transactions in SAP/Oracle systems.
️ Ensure timely shipment and accurate transactions to meet KPIs.
️ Coordinate with internal (warehouse, traffic) and external (forwarders, couriers) teams for on-time shipping.
️ Book daily shipments with forwarders and prepare correct AWB information.
️ Ensure timely and accurate booking of permits and follow up on customer requests.
️ Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security (5S).
️ Prepare required reports, handle transactions, and report any issues to supervisors.
️ Ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior
Requirements:
️ Prior SAP experience preferred.
️ Minimum 2 years related working experience.
️ Experience with Microsoft applications and Computer literacy.
️ Experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ESD equipment.
️ Minimum O or N Level.
️ Singaporeans only.
