Job Description:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float.
Ensure daily quality of the food served.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of stock
Plan staff roster,
Manage the outlet's budget, including sales forecasting and expense control.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Drive customer engagement through in-store initiatives and events.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the outlet
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Outlet Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
