Job Descriptions :
Oversee Customer & Suppliers invoices reconciliation, revenue reconciliation, cost of sales reconciliation, reporting, bank reconciliation and GST reporting.
Analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements), use financial ratios for performance evaluation, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.
Collect data, update financial models, assist in budget preparation, and perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures.
Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks, collaborate with IT to enhance ERP systems, and create workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Assist with various financial, taxation and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements :
Relevant job experience in retail industry required
Understanding of data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
Effective prioritization and task management.
