How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description


Deliver Quality Assurance objectives by conducting regular call reviews and highlight any potential risk to management.
Review 55 of closed sales calls per day for Customer engagement , Retention Team and Credit Sure.
Review of 5 additional calls per new hire of closed sales calls per day.
Promptly report any calls detected with potential quality issues (e.g. misrepresentation, fraudulent) to Management.
Compiling all Annual Fee cards and send for processing
Keep track on all the status of QA cases from beginning to end process and provide update to management


Job Requirement


Meticulous and responsible team player
Proficient in MS Office
Good listening skill
Meet approx. 55 sales call review per day
