Maintain new and current orders from customer, Acknowledge PO from customer portal and email.
Execute PO internally and communicate the delivery commitments with customer.
Manage the day to day operation.
Generate invoices / delivery orders using SAP system.
Coordinate and work closely with internal team / Brand team and logistics for daily operation.
Attend to customer enquiry/ Sales Order / Feedback.
Handle general administration duties.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
