Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Riders to join our team. The ideal candidate will require excellent time management, knowledge of delivery routes, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders accurately and promptly and deliver within stipulated timing.
Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Handle customer inquiries or concerns during delivery.
Adhere to traffic laws and company delivery policies.
Qualifications:
A valid Class 2B license with minimum of 1 year of riding experience
Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
