Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone
Manage calls while utilizing customer management software (CRM), updating systems, and referencing knowledge bases to resolve issues
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Any other tasks as assigned

Good communication skills
Active listening
Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
