Assist to triage 9 mailboxes and respond to enquiries in the Professional Boards’ (PB) generic and SMC Complaints SD mailboxes. The temp staff will also support officers to prepare for the onboarding of PBs’ mailboxes to the new GatherSG-Feedback Management System. The work includes organising briefing/training sessions and performing User Acceptance Testing.
Assist in the organisation of Pledge Ceremonies for the respective PBs, including the following:
Send email invitations to registrants e.g. doctors, TCM practitioners, pharmacists, dental practitioners, as well as VIP guests and collate RSVP.
Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
Assist officers to source for vendors
On-site administrative and logistics support on event day
Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
Update pledge attendance in each registrant’s PRS record after event
Prepare documents for the procurement of events management and design services.
Assist in the revamp of PBs’ websites, including checking and verifying accuracy of contents of the new websites.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree preferably in mass communication or business management
Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, website/content development
Proficient in IT and MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
Contract Period:
12 months contract
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Working Days (5-day work week in office)
Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
