Job Summary

To assist Stewarding in cleaning all China, glass, silver and serving equipment; facilitate all plate-up and delivery of all food for prospective functions; set-up and breakdown of all buffets; clean all Food & Beverage food prep and servicing areas, which includes main kitchen, concessions kitchen and back hallways.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of kitchen equipment Eg. Wash dishes, pots, and pans.
Handle the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean work environment in dishwasher area Eg. Mop floors.
Clean the kitchen premises and disposes of kitchen waste.
Ensure high levels of personal hygiene standards.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Receive training in functions and operations of related departments/sections to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments/sections and to provide greater promotional opportunities. Handles proper storage of food items as prescribed by health codes on a daily basis.
