The Opportunity
The Senior Account Executive reports into the Account Director. This role requires a passionate and driven individual who thrives in the fast-paced world of advertising client servicing. You'll possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to dive headfirst into diverse tasks, from creative development and social media production to stakeholder and on-ground management.
- Supporting the Account Director in preparing materials for meetings – scripts, Client presentations, creative references, and status reports
- Working on the production of social media assets / digital assets / short-form videos, liaising with the Creatives, Strategists, and Project Managers within the agency
- Managing the team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with the Clients
- Ensuring that there is a clear communication of what is happening amongst the Agency team.
Ideally
- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency / Internship Experience in an advertising agency is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Experience working directly with clients on the phone / email / face to face meetings
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability and confidence to form good relationships with both internal and external (3rd party suppliers) departments
- Experience in solely running small projects from start of brief to final delivery – e.g. Key Visuals / Animatic (with line manager overseeing)
- Analytical skills in understanding matter at hand, especially in order to run the smoothness of projects with key functions
- Experience handling multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions
- Good attention to detail, accuracy and organized, able to multi-task / prioritize actions on a daily basis
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools. Basic editing, subtitling/relevant program skills a plus
- Self–motivated, strong desire to learn
- Passion for building brands and particular interest in digitalcommunication
- Flexible with working hours – including some occasional late nights
- Team player who likes to work in a fun, highly motivated team, and keen to participate in social events
