Job Description:
We are looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Associate Designer (Sales). This is a fully commission-based position that gives you the freedom to control your earnings. With flexible working hours and a supportive learning environment, you’ll have the chance to grow both professionally and personally.
You’ll experience the satisfaction of seeing your hard work come to life, from the initial concept to the completion of renovation projects, all while creating dream homes for clients and boosting your income.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their design and renovation needs
- Develop design concepts, themes, space planning, and create detailed quotations and work plans to present to clients
- Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate and manage project tasks, liaising with contractors and vendors
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between customers and project teams

Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/‘A’ Level, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
