  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Well establised local company looking for qualified personnel to apply for the position of Site Engineer (Electrical/Fire Alarm). May refer to website www.e-tech.com.sg for a basic understanding of the company.

Job Description

  • Monitor and supervise supervisors / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
  • Check on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
  • Prepare detailed program for the site team to follow closely & completed in time.
  • Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
  • Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
  • Coordinate between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
  • Liaise with Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
  • Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage.
  • Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
  • Prepare cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available

Requirements

  • minimum 4 years of relevant/similar working experience
  • background and knowledge in fire systems or electrical engineering
  • possess necessary certificates to carry out the tasks
  • well-organised and responsible personality
  • no age limit so long fit and able

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
