  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage online shop for product listings and promotions

- Fulfilling customers’ online orders by picking and packing and organize delivery

-Planning Monthly Promotions

-Promoting Product to Online platform

- Communicate with 3rd party logistics company for delivery

- Establish and maintain good business relationship with client

- Attend to customer inquiries or complaints received through eCommerce platform in a timely manner

- Adhere to workplace and food safety regulations

- Provide good customer service to each consumer by being prompt and polite at all times

- Perform special assignments when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be well-versed in MS Office applications

- Must have sales eCommerce background

- Must have the ability to build strong business relationship with the client

- Must be English-speaking

- Minimum of 1 year related experience

- Understanding of inventory management

- Understanding of online promotion activities

PREFERRED:

- Experience managing Shopify based online shop

- Knowledge on Korean food items

Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm
  • 5 working days per week (Off day - Sunday & Monday)
  • Total Hours: 44 hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
