Bridal Boutique Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SCOPE
1. Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation.
2. Attending to customer enquiries regarding the bridal matters and assist in gown fitting.
3. Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages.
4. Manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories, monitoring production of gowns.
5. Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records.
6. Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients, monitor CGS/Pricing for gowns and create packages.
7. Liaise with tailor for gown alteration schedules.
8. Assist to organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway shows.
9. Assist to coordinate with stylists, models, influences and celebrities for Marketing projects.
10. Prepare monthly, yearly sales report and presentation materials.
11. Coordinate with team of wedding planners.
12. Other ad-hoc related work which assigned by the management, from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field and GCE ‘O’ level with credit in English
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. A team player with good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
4. Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
5. Monthly standard day off will be 8 days.
