Customer Service Executive (Freifght/ B/L / Cargo Permit)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts.
Liaise with agents, clients, and transporters to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Create arrival notices for import shipments.
Prepare Bills of Lading (B/L) ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
Handle permit declarations efficiently.
Generate and manage invoices accurately.
Review and verify Delivery and Credit Notes ensuring accurate financial records.
Requirements:
Min GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
1 to 2 years of experience in import/export, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding.
Detail-oriented, organized, be able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
