Customer Service Executive (Freifght/ B/L / Cargo Permit)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts.

  • Liaise with agents, clients, and transporters to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

  • Create arrival notices for import shipments.

  • Prepare Bills of Lading (B/L) ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Handle permit declarations efficiently.

  • Generate and manage invoices accurately.

  • Review and verify Delivery and Credit Notes ensuring accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in import/export, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, be able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
