Education required: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, from ALL discipline as long as there is keen passion for Occupational Health & Wellbeing
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do?
Support Occupational Health & Wellbeing initiatives in Singapore and regionally
Align to Global Occupational Health strategy, support an integrated approach to managing all workplace occupational health risks and opportunities
Contribute to identifying and implementing solutions towards Occupational Health & wellbeing challenges within an employee population
Understand and apply GSK resources accordingly
Support IBM gap analysis & governance process around health standards
Support in management of Occupational Health and Wellbeing projects and initiatives for in person and online events
Assist in data analytics locally & regionally
Prepare communication materials via digital channels such as newsletters, workplace posts, video messages
Coordinate and engage with Health & Wellbeing Champions
Support the development and implementation of business solutions aimed to maximize productivity, presentism, and resilience
Work in accordance with local Performance with Choice (flexible workplace arrangement) policy - current recommendation is to work at GSK Asia House at least 3 days per week
Support occasional Saturday events (time-off will be awarded accordingly)
What will you learn?
Perform gap analysis to identify health risks affecting the employee population
Apply behavioral change theories in the design and implementation of programs to promote health among employees
Organise and support Occupational Health and Wellbeing projects in the organization
Engage stakeholders to improve participation rate & feedback collection
Monitor and review outcome indicators for projects
The following essential skills will be developed and mentored:

What are we looking for?
Passion in Occupational Health / Public Health
Good insights into the healthcare industry preferred
Related experience in Occupational health or Public Health (e.g., Minor in Public Health) preferred
Prior experience with visual communications such as audio-visual editing preferred
Familiarity with statistical software and data management (e.g., Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, or other data analytics software)
Experience in project/event management
Strong presentation, communication, and multimedia skills (such as Microsoft Office)
Analytics driven, outcomes focused and impact oriented
