Job Responsibilities:
Provide full secretarial support to the CRO in Asia & Oceania, GM of Singapore Branch in his daily duties and affairs, in relation to managing the MC Branch Offices and subsidiaries in the Asia-Oceania region.
Maintain and update CRO/GM’s calendar on scheduling of meetings, conferences etc.
Manage business travel support (flights, accommodation bookings, airport transfer, visa and travel itinerary).
Manage accounting documentations for the Executive Management.
Provide administrative and logistics support for regional internal and external business functions.
Receive guests and arrange for business meal and any other logistics matters.
Maintain good relationship with stakeholders for effective communications;
Manage department assets and office miscellaneous items for the Management’s Office.
Maintenance of CRO/GM’s residence, managing possible faults within the residential premise and all household related matters.
Maintain administrative documentations system for Management.
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks to be assigned.
Job Requirement:
Prior working experience in secretarial/Executive Assistant role to the Executive Management is preferred.
Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1)
