Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly understanding and addressing the needs of each caller.
Offer accurate and relevant information to effectively resolve inquiries over the phone.
Schedule or reschedule appointments according to the caller's preferences.
Manage additional administrative tasks, including email correspondence, referral requests, and emergency activations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Prior working experience in contact centre is advantageous
