The essential responsibilities of the Associate – Stock Control include:
Ensure all documentations are completed accurately and administrated in accordance to the company policy
Responsible for stocks accuracy and carry out morning stock-check on High Value Products, stocks in Cage and display set against the System quantity.
Preparation of Daily Goods Transfer for warehouse daily collection and book into Branch Collection Register, sign-off by delivery contractor and department executive
Assist in issuing of STN Goods to delivery contractors and respective department executive act as a witness to finalise the release of goods
Conform to Health & Safety standards, ensure good housekeeping and maintenance
Any other duties assigned by your superior.
Summary of Key Requirements:
Minimum NITEC qualification
Minimum 2 years Admin / Retail Management experience
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous and experienced in managing stocks and inventory
Good communication skills at all levels
Good negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word and IT Savvy
Takes initiative and pride in his/her work
