Key Responsibilities


Provide support for software and hardware installation/troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation for SSS end users.
Coordinate with the SATS Vendor, SMITH, for any IT-related hardware or software issues.
Interpret basic system diagrams to assist with troubleshooting and planning for network setups and equipment configurations.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical, network, and mechanical issues as needed.
Register and update new and existing Win2K IDs for Ground-star/GOPS.
Collaborate with the OPS Tech Team to assist with projects, tasks, and other assignments as needed.
Offer Level 1 support for both existing and new systems, handling initial troubleshooting and resolving basic issues before escalating to the Development Team.
Work closely with the Ops Logistics Support team to maintain records for hardware and IT systems, ensure timely renewals of maintenance contracts, and ensure vendor compliance.
Provide hands-on technical support to resolve system malfunctions.




Key Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline
Technical Skills: Software/hardware installation, network troubleshooting, system configuration, Level 1 support.
Soft Skills: Team collaboration, clear communication, problem-solving.
Organizational Skills: Record keeping, project support, contract management.
