This is an Internship Position
Job Description
Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making transport arrangements.
Preparing real estate forms and documents.
Coordinating showings/viewing appointments and obtaining feedback.
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Managing a client database and preparing reports.
Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Preferably student schooling or completed Real Estate studies, Sales/Operations studies or equivalent streams
