Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Safety Consultant to join our team to provide expert guidance on workplace safety, conduct risk assessments, and support project and contractor in implementing effective health and safety practices. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of safety regulations and a passion for creating safer work environments You will work closely with major developer to design, execute, and monitor safety programs that meet both legal standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Client Support: Serve as an embedded safety consultant on client premises or projects, providing hands-on guidance and support to ensure adherence to safety standards and certification
- Risk Assessment & Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and hazard identifications, delivering actionable recommendations
- Safety Program Development: Review and Advise site-specific safety management programs, policies, and protocols that align with Client, Project and Contractor standards, tailored to unique project requirements
- Training & Workshops: Conduct and facilitate client on-site training sessions and workshops
- Audit & Inspection Preparation: Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare monthly and weekly reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Consultant, ideally with exposure to on-site client support

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
