  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work closely with our client and be trained to render support to the members of the public. You will provide both customer service and assist in payment transactions.

IMPORTANT!

We do have a 6 OR 12 hours-shift job (including weekend & PH), timing as follows:

10AM TO 4PM/4PM TO 10PM/ 10AM TO 10PM/10PM TO 10AM
Able to commit 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
Monthly incentives payout (For 12 hours shift ONLY!!)

(Fixed shift either AM or PM is available! DO CHECK IN WITH US!)

SCOPE OF WORK

Providing response, customer service and solution to publics, or coworkers
Ensure all payments are correctly recorded, and that any discrepancies are investigated and rectified right away.
Keep cash/transaction secure and make sure it is deposited in accordance with company guidelines.
Reconcile payment collections with the point of sale (POS) report at the conclusion of each shift.
Other as needed tasks that are occasionally assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, or customer-fronting
MUST have cash/e-cash/payment transaction experience (position requires monetary handling daily)
Comfortable with 12 hours shift and work on weekend and public holiday
