Job description:
Ensure efficient and effective coordination of sales administration processes to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Assist Account Managers in preparing detailed and accurate sales quotations in response to customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
Address customer requests for quotations and product information related to new purchases or renewals of licenses and maintenance agreements.
Verify pricing details before submitting purchase orders to the Purchaser for processing.
Process sales orders for confirmed transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to customer delivery requests and coordinate with the Operations team to fulfill requirements.
Monitor and follow up on tender progress and updates.
Build strong relationships with customers to identify additional opportunities beyond their immediate needs, driving increased sales revenue.
Perform general administrative tasks and any other duties assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Minimum of an ‘O’ Level qualification with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, with strong listening, comprehension, and responsiveness to customer needs.
