Location: Jurong East (5 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)
Salary: Up to $2700
Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thur), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Job Duties:
Compile information and data for regular reporting and daily attendance
Outbound calls with outstanding payment
eProcure stationary or for the department via procurement portal
Monitor and scan RFID tags to order supplies
Collate and update excel list
Update staff deployment changes in excel list based on manpower updates
Calculate monthly lateness via Attendance log
Check and update staff payback on Teams via payback form submissions
Prepare Staff biodata file and Induction files for new hire training
Log staff fingerprint (2 different fingers, 1 on each hand) into biometric machine
Assign locker, raise IT req for system access
Conduct a short ED tour to intro the different areas to new hire
Manage office admin duties
Coordinate meetings and room bookings for meetings
Process staff claims when necessary via e-pay/petty cash fund
Minutes writing for Dept Meetings
Any other duties as requested by department
Requirements:
Diploma holder
Min 6 months of admin experiences
Must be comfortable in using excel file & looking at numbers
