Job Responsibilities:
Manage Patient and Appointment booking.
Advice patients on the usage of in-house applications.
Attend to customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
Conduct Cashiering duties.
Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room.
Assist doctors during the review consultation – with Customer service / Appointment booking.
Manage customer enquiries (patient / family members).
Assist with backend support duties (clerical and data entry etc).
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors.
