Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Wed: 8.30am-6pm)
Responsibilities:
Lead a team to make sure everything runs well and help the company reach its goals
Ensure the right rules and checks are in place
Provide clear and timely financial reports, like bank statements and account reviews
Check and improve policies and processes to make work more efficient and follow rules
Guide changes in finance operations to meet the company’s needs
Stay updated on new technology for managing payments and see if it works for the business
Use best practices for managing payments to and from the company
Follow up on issues found by Data Analytics and share the results
Work with auditors, banks, other departments, and suppliers about payment issues
Find ways to simplify processes and create methods that can grow with the business
Take part in projects that use new technology like Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics
Help improve finance systems
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or similar professional qualification
At least 5 years of relevant business experience
Experience with major accounting software (e.g, SAP, Workday)
Experience with system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Good understanding of GST & Withholding Tax
Audit experience is a plus
