Plan and organise project schedules, allocate tasks and manage logistics.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Inspect and evaluate the quality and safety of work to ensure compliance with project standards.
Identify and mitigate risks or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Resolve problems promptly and propose improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in basic electrical theory with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues.
Skilled in using electrical tools, measuring instruments and electrical components.
Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to take initiative in work tasks.
Effective planning and problem-solving skills with a comprehensive approach to task management.
