Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. As a telemarketer at my company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our Human resources services to potential clients over the phone. Candidates with a proven track record in telemarketing or sales within the digital marketing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for digital marketing technologies would be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to seek poentian customer.
- Understand and articulate our services' features, prices and benefits
- Identify customer needs and Recommend our service
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs
- Keep records of calls and record useful information
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar role is preferred
- Understanding of Human resource industry and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in communicating with English and Chinese customers
Job Remuneration:
- Hourly rate: SGD 13 - 15
