Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team in delivering impactful and engaging HR initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR functions with a focus on recruitment marketing, branding, and communication. You’ll have the opportunity to conceptualize and design key HR materials, work on strategic themes, and contribute to enhancing the organization's HR branding efforts.
As a HR Intern, your impact and contribution include:
- Staff Handbook Development
- Design and structure the organization's staff handbook.
- Research and incorporate HR best practices to ensure the handbook is clear, professional, and user-friendly.
- Ensure alignment with the organization’s policies, values, and branding guidelines.
- Recruitment Collaterals
- Conceptualize and design creative recruitment materials, including standees, gifts, and digital/print assets.
- Partner with external vendors to produce quality collaterals on schedule.
- Work closely with our Communications and HR team to ensure branding consistency across all materials.
- Annual Recruitment Theme Conceptualization
- Assist in developing the overarching recruitment theme for the year, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and values.
- Brainstorm and present creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Presentation and Document Design
- Design visually appealing PowerPoint slides and documents for external presentations, such as recruitment fairs or outreach events.
- Ensure all materials are polished and professional, with a focus on engaging prospective candidates.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines effectively.
Duration & Commitment:
- 3 months, from January to March 2025.
- Opportunity to extend the internship based on performance and organizational needs.
