Job Description Summary
As a Web Strategy and Social Media Intern, you’ll be responsible for working in close collaboration with Global/Regional Marketing & Marcom teams to deliver a rich and engaging experience for customers on the Next Gen CVUS NPIs website and other digital properties for the Global CVUS business. Specific activities may include development and execution of a consistent strategy across web assets of CVUS NPI; optimizing the performance of those web assets; ensuring timely and impactful updates to keep the assets compelling, and working with the central & AKA regional digital teams to ensure compliance to established technical and brand standards.The role includes collaboration with Key/Digital Opinion Leaders and should aim to increase GE CVUS’ solutions among the CVUS community of experts, including strong Lead Generation Management through digital platforms and improve Sales Effectiveness.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Work closely with global product marketing communications and marketing leaders and external agency partners to plan, develop and implement a paid and organic Social Media Marketing Plan including content requirements and intended outcomes. Targeted platforms: LinkedIn, X, FaceBook, Instagram.
- Work with CVUS Global & AKA Regional Marketing & MarComm Mgrs and external agencies to create and publish a steady beat of high-performing, product-focused social media content to increase awareness and increase conversion of content to leads.
- Work with external agency partners to monitor, analyze, and test paid/organic social media KPIs to measure performance, report on it regularly, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work in close collaboration with CVUS Global & AKA Regional Marketing & MarComm Mgrs to plan and implement website/digital strategies to maximize impact of social media plan and optimize CVUS’ Next Gen NPI launch. Including all relevant online channels that impact site performance and drive traffic to the website and campaigns.
- Interview early user (KOL) of our Next Gen NPI in Australia (written article & on-site filming + Photo-shoot). These testimonials will be used worldwide for the Global Launch event. Build connections with this KOL to ensure they can be a speaker in Global/local events after launch.
- Bring a strong digital marketing perspective to all work beyond social and web applications, to help ensure strong integration and 360⁰ customer digital engagement strategies, including Vivid Club vitality across Global and AKA/International regions.
- Build solid relationships with central digital resources to stay informed on the latest web and Martech initiatives, and advocate for Global CVUS business needs and requirements.
- Employ best practices and new approaches to test and improve our Marketing campaigns’ performance. Leverage new channels, techniques and identify optimally effective web and digital strategies to meet the marketing objectives of the businesses.
- Act as a strong brand advocate to ensure adherence to the guidelines and spirit of the GEHC master brand strategy.
- Align closely with finance, regulatory and legal to ensure compliance.
- Use established global processes and offer suggestions for ongoing improvement of those processes.
- Works with immediate supervisor to establish objectives, KPIs, budget needs and measurement rigor.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Undergraduate majoring in Degree in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex challenges
- Proven track record of delivery to budgets and timelines.
- Understanding technical and marketing knowledge and skills.
