Responsible for assisting in the restaurant operations to ensure that the guest experience and F&B product quality meet its highest standards.
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
Be knowledgeable of the food & beverage menus
Prepare outlet for service - table settings, top up of condiments and other preparatory tasks
Provide customer service, take orders and be able to give good recommendations
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
Ensure all guests orders and requests are completed promptly and satisfactorily
Perform restaurant opening and closing duties
Clear the table immediately and reset the table for the next guest when the guest leaves
Report to the Duty Manager/ Supervisor and perform all tasks assigned by the Duty Manager/ Supervisor
Any other duties as assigned by your Duty Manager
