Responsibilities
Reporting to Finance Manager
Manage partial or fullset of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Process payments, handle bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
Support the Accounting Department in month-end closing activities.
Liaise with clients and vendors to address invoicing, payment, and account-related inquiries.
Monitor and update financial data in accounting systems to maintain accuracy.
Prepare reports and documentation required for audits or management review.
Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents for easy retrieval.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent certification.
1-2 years of related working experience.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
