Working location: East (Near to Bedok MRT station)
Working Schedule: (Monday to Friday - 830am to 6pm upon activation 1 week in advance)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide excellent support experience to customers via phone lines, emails etc.
• Identify customer's needs and provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Job Requirements
• Min ‘O’ levels with 2 years contact centre/customer service experience.
• Fresh Nitec/diploma/degree graduates are welcome to apply.
• G50 Background clearance before start. (2 to 3 weeks)
