Settlements Officer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily summary fair value reports of financial instruments and investments, including the extraction of quoted market price and daily exchange rates.
• Generate monthly reports for each company within the Prima Group and share them with respective accountants.
• Handle partial set of accounts for a Prima Group company involved in equities, bonds, private equity investments, forex and money market.
• Oversee accounts payable(payment processing for treasury function) for the Prima Group of Companies
• Prepare and maintain proper filing and documentation to support Company SOP and audit requirements for all deals and trades
• Prepare necessary banking documents and coordinate with authorized signatories for settlement of deals and trades.

• Assist in fixing foreign exchange rates for the group for placement and borrowing as needed
• Assist in negotiating fixed deposit interest rates for the group when required
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating cash flow with respective accountants to facilitate timely placement of fixed deposits or arrange borrowings with financial institutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience handling partial or full sets of accounts
• Knowledge of Oracle System, Canon Therefore DMS and Taxation will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
