We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Identify digital marketing needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate solutions
- Seek out and secure meetings with key decision markers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in a B2B sales-oriented role is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and cultivating new sources of leads
- Excels in multitasking and managing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Job Remuneration:
- Basic (SGD 2.3k - 3.5k)
- Commission
- Transport allowances
- Quarterly bonuses
