Retail Assistant (Part -time)

uMart is a store designed with our customers' convenience as our core focus. We have upped the convenience ante by offering a wide array of products. We aim to provide quality products at affordable prices, and a modern and comfortable environment.
uMart started operations in Nov 2020 and achieved breakeven after four months. uMart currently operates 6 stores in Balestier, Kovan, Boat Quay, Sims City, Katong and Beach Road with plans of opening more new outlets in the CBD area. Responsibilities
· Help customers check out their purchases
· Attend to customers' enquiries
· Fulfil orders from online delivery platforms
· Replenish display shelves
· Maintain stock in the storeroom
· Receive and account for deliveries from suppliers
· Maintain cleanliness within store premises
· Monitor expiry dates of products
Candidate requirements
1) Readiness to adapt to a new culture
2) Work will involve carrying heavy products
3) Able and willing to work during day and night shifts

Location and commitments
· Work locations: Beach Road
· Work week: Every Mon to Thurs (Min 2 days per week)
· Employment Type:
Part-Time Working Hours are available currently:
8am-4pm (Wed and/or Thurs) and 4pm-11pm (Mon and/or Tues)
Salary (SGD)
$10-$14/hour depending on experience
Summary of role requirements:

- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
