Duties & Responsibilies:
- Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel for shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
- Assist and update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules promptly.
- Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse operation team to manage shipments (inbound/outbound) and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Ensure seamless communication between the warehouse and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Verify and issue the billing summaries to customers.
- Prepare monthly reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present findings to the Warehouse Manager.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support the team and warehouse operations.
- Assist with monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the relevant personnel.
Requirements:
- Min GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in related field
- Basic understanding on warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented
