  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To be successful as a shop assistant, you should be customer-oriented, driven and passionate about driving sales and sharing the brand & product knowledge. Ultimately, an outstanding shop assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain the best in-store retail operations standards
  • Welcome customers into the store & helping customers to identify and purchase products
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries & complaints and able to resolve with high professionalism
  • Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers
  • Drive sales & achieve sales targets
  • Oversee weekly restocking & inventory updates
  • Work 5 or 6 days a week, able to work on weekends

Requirements

  • Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
  • Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Shift system
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • HarbourFront (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
