Job Description
- Operate stamping machinery, including mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, and die setup equipment, to produce stamped components as per production requirements.
- Set up stamping equipment by installing dies, adjusting settings, and calibrating machinery to achieve optimal performance and quality.
- Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of stamped parts to ensure compliance with specifications and identify any defects or abnormalities.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, performing minor repairs or escalating complex issues to senior technicians or maintenance staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of stamping equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality inspection results.
- Collaborate with other team members, including machine operators, quality inspectors, and maintenance staff, to optimize production processes and resolve production issues.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of stamping processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Requirements
- NTC 3 in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years in handling stamping press machine.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
