Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and evolve Vyvo Group’s brand voice into a living, breathing dialogue across all platforms, engaging existing Members and attracting new followers and Influencers.
  • Develop strategic communication plans that significantly increase our community engagement and expand our audience base.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust tactics based on real-time data.
  • Manage robust social media campaigns that resonate with both current and prospective community Members.
  • Coordinate with international teams to maintain a consistent and compelling message that resonates globally.
  • Innovate with cutting-edge marketing techniques and technologies to keep our community engaged and growing.
  • Produce and oversee dynamic content calendars, integrating key marketing campaigns, community events, and essential communication milestones.
  • Address and adapt to sudden changes in promotional activity with agility and strategic foresight.

Qualifications and how you will contribute:

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field or relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
  • Ability to remain composed and maintain sound judgment under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
  • Comfort in a rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, quick-witted, and intellectually curious.
  • Significant experience in managing large-scale community engagement projects, particularly in multinational technology and blockchain sectors.
  • Extensive community-building or direct selling/networking experience within the tech, and blockchain industries.
  • Expertise or deep understanding of blockchain and artificial intelligence, with a passion for these technologies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media to grow communities and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of using data to enhance communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different time zones and with international teams.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and customer service best practices.
