Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
Position Title: Contract HR Admin Assistant
Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400
Duration: 3–6-month contract (Renewable if performance meets expectations)
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry, Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities for vehicle preventative matter.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21 forms and filing of HR documents.
Keep employee records up to date.
Monitor the expiry of worker training certifications.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Order office pantry supplies and stationery, Answer incoming calls, and arrange business travel (flights, hotels, etc.).
