Job Description:
- List products and maintain optimal inventory level to ensure availability of products
- Manage stores on marketplaces and liaise with Key Account Managers to improve traffic, conversion rate and drive sales growth
- Participate in monthly and quarterly promotional planning, actively contributing ideas for promotion mechanics and product marketing
- Collaborate with Graphic Designer on social media and mailer collateral design
- Implement marketing strategies or promotional collaterals, such as updating website banners, scheduling social media posts and creating vouchers/coupons
- Generate and compile reports, analysing trends to aid promotional decision-making
Job Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and offer solutions
- A keen interest in the latest digital and E-Commerce trends, strong understanding of E-Commerce, digital marketing and logistics/ inventory principles and processes
- Customer-focused with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedules
