Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team or manager.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy accessibility.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
